Since early 2002 some thirty highly experienced leaders, coaches, consultants, trainers and executives have collaborated to develop LeaderXY’s proprietary framework methodology to accelerate performance improvement in tandem with learning and development.

The LeaderXY framework methodology has been used in a variety of coaching, training, and consulting situations and has proven to quickly get people on the same page and moving in the same direction by clearly focusing on essential matters to achieve objectives.

While the framework has been used for a variety of purposes, it has been primarily used with individual and team coaching, sales acceleration, and management and leadership development. Additional products are in development.
